Over the past year, we have experienced significant growth and expansion in terms of the number of clients we serve and the range of industries we support. We have also seen significant internal growth, more than doubling our team. We have delivered exceptional results by filling critical roles for our clients and helping them achieve their business objectives.
We have also made significant investments in our technology and infrastructure, enabling us to streamline our processes and better serve our clients. This includes the launch of our new dashboard portal, which allows candidates to easily apply for job openings and for both our clients and team track their progress through the hiring process.
Due to your requests, we have taken one of our internal tools and now offer it as a stand-alone product line. Market Analytics allows our clients to get real-time wage and candidate availability information to stay ahead of competitors for both employee hiring and retention.
Looking ahead, I’m excited about the opportunities in 2023.
